By installing Mobile App, you acknowledge your consent to be unconditionally bound by the following conditions of use including any future changes (“Conditions”), without limitation.

The “Mobile App” shall mean the software provided by Technic Employment Service Centre Ltd. (“Technic”), an authorized employment agency in Hong Kong, to offer services related to techniCOOK recipes (“techniCOOK”) administered and offered by Technic, to be used on Apple iOS and Android OS devices and any upgrades from time to time and any other software or documentation which enables the use of the Mobile App
All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, icons, slogans, copyrights, graphics, domain names, patents, design rights, utility models, database rights, know-how and all other intellectual or industrial property rights including, where such rights are obtained or enhanced by registration, any registration of such rights (including the right to apply for such registrations) and Mobile Apps therefore (including the right to claim priority) relating to this Mobile App or the contents of this Mobile App are the property of, or licensed to, Technic and/or its associated companies. Technic hereby grants you a non-exclusive royalty free revocable licence to use the Mobile App only for your personal non-commercial use in accordance with these app terms.
You may have the opportunity to connect to techniCOOK through Facebook’s API when you register for techniCOOK or after you registered for techniCOOK. If you connect to techniCOOK through Facebook, either when you register or after you have registered, we will collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information you agreed that Facebook could provide to techniCOOK through its API. Your agreement (and our access to your information) takes place when you instruct, accept or allow Facebook to register you for a techniCOOK account or otherwise connect to techniCOOK through Facebook. The information techniCOOK may access, collect and store may include the following, among other information, as allowed by you, Facebook’s API, and your Facebook privacy settings:
a) You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to make and distribute copies of the Mobile App, attempt to copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange r translate the Mobile App, or create derivative works of the Mobile App of any kind whatsoever.
b) Technic reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Mobile App, or charge for the Mobile App of service provided to you in accordance with these terms, at any time and for any reason.
c) The Mobile App is free by there may be charges incurred from your telecom service providers for data connection, data download, or roaming. You are responsible for any mobile data subscription and data transfer and other data costs that may be charged by your network service provider.
d) Technic is not responsible for any services through which you access the Mobile App or for any loss you may suffer as a result of you using such a service.
e) You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own passwords and account details. You are also entirely responsible for any activity records that occur under your account, regardless as to whether such records were made with or without your knowledge or authority.
You hereby agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Technic from and against any and all damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses suffered by Technic arising from or in connection with your access to or use of this Mobile App, including your submission of any material through this Mobile App; or any other party’s access to or use of this Mobile App using your account and/or password.
Technic may be required to use and share your personal information to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities. These terms are governed by the laws of HKSAR.
